Refund Policy

We only accept refund or replacement requests for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Eligible cases:

  • Products delivered visibly damaged or crushed
  • Wrong item sent (wrong flavor, wrong quantity)
  • Leaking or unsealed packaging upon arrival

 

Not eligible:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Opened or consumed products
  • Claims made more than 48 hours after receiving your order

 

To submit a claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims are resolved via replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible.
